A quiet one-bedroom suite in the woods, ten minutes from Anderson University

The suite

A newly renovated one-bedroom apartment above the garage of a family home in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. One king memory-foam bed, a sofa that converts for a second sleeper, a smart TV, board and card games, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and mini fridge. Roughly 300 square feet, best for one or two people. Private entrance, and you also get the garage, the back lower deck and the backyard.

Who it suits

Visiting Anderson University for a weekend, in town for work, between houses, or a couple wanting somewhere quiet. Long stays are welcome; see the 30-day stays page.

Getting there and around

10 minutes to Anderson University and downtown, 30 minutes to Clemson and to Greenville. Anderson has little public transit, so plan on a car.

Good to know

The family lives in the main house and is usually around during the day, available if you need something and otherwise out of your way. No pets. Self check-in with a keypad after 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. There are stairs up to the suite. The house is on septic. An exterior Ring camera covers the premises. Quiet after 10 PM. The back deck is being rebuilt in 2026 and may not be available; ask if it matters to your stay.

No, no exceptions at this one. The Lake House and Pool House both take dogs.
