Travel nurses at AnMed Health (ten minutes), contractors on assignments in Anderson or at the plants along I-85, people relocating to the Upstate who want to look before they buy, and families between a sale and a closing. Clemson and Greenville are each thirty minutes.
Pricing and taxes
Ask for a monthly quote through the contact page. Stays of 30 days or more are not subject to the Anderson County 3% accommodations fee; South Carolina's 7% state tax still applies until a stay reaches 90 consecutive days.
What's not here
No full stove (kitchenette only), no pets, and it's an upstairs suite. If you need a full kitchen for a month, ask about the Pool House off-season.
