The house

A laid-back, beach-themed three-bedroom that sleeps 9 across six beds, with open living space, a stone fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen and easy parking. Decorated to feel like a coastal escape because that's where we'd rather be.

Pool and hot tub

The hot tub runs year round under the covered patio. The pool is open mid-March through late September, weather dependent and not heated; ask if you're booking on the edge of the season. Posted pool and hot tub rules apply, there's no lifeguard, and the yard is fenced.

Getting there and around

Five minutes to downtown Anderson and Anderson University, 35 minutes to Clemson's Memorial Stadium, 45 minutes to Greenville. You'll want a car.

Good to know

Pet friendly with a fee; tell us before you book. Self check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Early check-in (1 PM) is $35 when available. Pack and play and booster seat on request. No parties: a Ring camera covers the exterior and a party ends the reservation. Quiet after 11 PM. Starter supplies are provided (paper goods, soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffee); restocking beyond that is on you.

Game-day and birthday extras

Gameday Experience ($227): a large charcuterie board, crackers, a dozen locally baked cookies, a dozen sodas and koozies for up to eight. Tailgate chairs, tent and cooler are available on request. Birthday package ($179 to $197): cake with candles, balloons, flowers or decorations. Request once your booking is confirmed, at least three days ahead.
